The world has changed, and filling vacant spaces needs a different approach. Our objective is to increase income to landlords and provide a greater chance of success for businesses, by more intelligently occupying space.
We match occupiers with the perfect space and equip them with the skills to flourish. This ensures success for them and maximises income for landlords.
But just filling spaces isn’t enough. We’ve seen this approach in the UK for a long time and the result is often high rates of failure because the right offering is not in the right location or the occupier hasn’t been set up for success. In these cases, no one wins.
We’re taking a different approach. Having worked in the industry for years we thought it was time to build a team with experience across retail, commercial lettings and property development.
1. Building Real Partnerships - We do this through a better understanding of local needs and opportunities and by working in true partnership with landlords, businesses, charities and local government to achieve longer term, sustainable and profitable occupancy solutions.
2. Using Insight and Skills - We take time to assess a location and develop an occupancy strategy based on data from several sources. This ensures a balanced mix, based on need and genuine desire. We also support new businesses by identifying any skill gaps they have and providing a training and mentoring platform to help them develop the skills they need. This results in businesses building crucial competence which significantly improves their success rate.
