Trader Operational & Logistics Guide

Delivery of Stock & Fixtures

Deliveries are not permitted onto the mall during trading hours. All stock and fixture deliveries must be completed between 05:30 and 08:30 prior to centre opening, with stands dismantled only after closing.

Parking & Service Access

On-site parking available (600+ spaces). Loading bay access coordinated upon booking confirmation.

Centre Facilities

Customer and trader welfare facilities are available on site.

Security Sign-In & Reporting Protocol
