Delivery of Stock & Fixtures

The centre does not permit any deliveries on to the mall during the centre's trading hours. All deliveries must be made between 5.30am and 8.30am, with the concession stocked and ready to trade by centre opening. Similarly, at the end of the day's trading the stand cannot be dismantled until the centre is closed.

Parking & Service Access

Multistorey & surface car parking available on site (3,000 spaces).

Centre Facilities

Customer toilets and baby changing facilities are available in the Bus Station and Monmouth Car Park.

Security Sign-In & Reporting Protocol

Please ensure you sign in and out of the centre at the Security Office. For any issues or concerns that arise during trading hours please contact your Regional Manager, Amanda Bishop, directly as Centre Management Staff should not be contacted.
