Trader Operational & Logistics Guide

Delivery of Stock & Fixtures

Deliveries are not permitted onto the mall during trading hours. All stock and fixture deliveries must be completed between 05:30 and 08:30 prior to centre opening, with stands dismantled only after closing.

Parking & Service Access

On-site parking available (400+ This is a Tesco car park spaces). Loading bay access coordinated upon booking confirmation.

Centre Facilities

Customer and trader welfare facilities are available on site.

Security Sign-In & Reporting Protocol

Please sign in and out at the Centre Security Office upon arrival and departure. For any operational queries during trading hours, please contact your Flourish Regional Manager (Amanda Bishop) directly rather than Centre Management.
